Rick Wiersma
OWNER / LEAD BUILDER
Rick Wiersma is a proud father, husband, craftsman and homebuilder. Building and transforming homes is his passion. Rick has been acquiring hands-on experience in custom homebuilding and renovating since 2000.
A carpenter by trade, Rick founded Precise Projects in 2006. Quality craftsmanship is still at the heart of everything he does. Rick’s philosophy of doing it right the first time, being dedicated to clients, and providing outstanding results is key to the success of the projects.
Braden Lomanto
OWNER / OPERATIONS
Braden (“Bray”) leads all Precise business operations with a focus on homeowner engagement, site team support, and innovative approaches to custom home projects.
Prior to joining Precise, Braden worked with a Toronto-based tech accelerator’s global ops team and as a project engineer with a leading EPCM firm executing large-scale projects across North America.
Braden acquired his mechanical engineering degree from Western University, specializing in project execution. Braden is a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng), avid dog-person, with an open and direct approach to home building.
